This one was in Rosamond CA, again on a very hot day. This driver took four spots in front of Rite Aid.I think I'm going to come up with something I can place in someones window, under the wiper blade, to let them know their parking skills are going to be featured on the internet. Maybe I can get some kind of communication going with these lazy parkers.
